Property data is sourced from third-party websites and may contain errors or be outdated. We make no guarantees about completeness or accuracy.

4. Pricing

• Free: 5 searches per day
• Pro ($9.99/mo): Unlimited searches, full analysis
• Agent ($29.99/mo): Everything + bulk reports, API

5. Acceptable Use

Don't use automated scripts to abuse the service, resell data without an Agent plan, or use the service for illegal purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Property Scout AU is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for decisions made based on our data.
